This is a traditional stone built farm cottage situated on a private estate overlooking Loch Awe.

Acccomodation:

Ground Floor - Sitting room with open fire and colour television. Kitchen/Dining room with electric cooker, refridgerator, toater, iron and electric kettle. Utility Room with automatic washing machine, microwave and stainless steel sink. W.C. with heated towel rail and razor socket, leading to bathroom with bath, basin and wall heater.

First Floor - One bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with single beds.
