This is a traditional brick built cottage situated on a private peninsular within a few yards of the lochside.

Accommodation:

Ground Floor - Sitting Room with open fire and back boiler and colour television. Dining room with door to lawn area. Kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, automatic washing machine, toaster, iron and electric kettle. Bathroom with bath , basin, razor socket, heated towel rail and wall heater.

First Floor - Two bedrooms with single beds. Separate wc with basin. Third bedroom with single beds leads into Master Bedroom with double bed and shower room with shower, basin, WC, heated towel rail and shaver socket en suite.
